Some questions of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make change to Item 2-14 of the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2023, No. 14, the Art. 889), having added paragraph one with the offer of the following content: "This regulation does not extend to deputies of local councils from among women, except those who are officials of local self-government.".
2. Recommend to local government bodies to submit to three-day time in Administration of the State Border Service updated lists of persons determined in Item 1 of this resolution with indication of surname, name, middle name (in the presence) faces, birth dates, and further in case of staff changes to submit to post updated information no later than the next day after adoption of the relevant decision.
