1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2023 No. 141 "About approval of Rules on anti-icing protection of the aircraft on the earth" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32037) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules on anti-icing protection of the aircraft on the earth approved by the specified order:

in Item 3:
13) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"13) qualified personnel - the personnel which had training on anti-icing protection of the aircraft on the earth according to qualification levels, established by these rules, and allowed to accomplishment of certain work type on anti-icing protection of the aircraft on the earth;";
37) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"37) the service provider on anti-icing processing of aircrafts - the operator of the airport (airfield), independent service provider of land servicing, the operator of the aircraft who perform activities for anti-icing processing of aircrafts or its separate stages;";
state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. The authorized organization in the field of civil aviation provides:
1) control of activities of operators of aircrafts and service providers on anti-icing processing regarding ensuring anti-icing protection of the aircraft on the earth;
