For the purpose of increase in overall performance and optimization of structure of the Central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, including technical and service personnel" of November 15, 2021 No. 264 the following change:
in appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 3 of figure "136", "131" to replace respectively with figures "151", "146".
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of project development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025 and planning period of 2026-2027", and also when forming the republican budget for the next years to provide the changes following from this resolution.
3. The central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
