For the purpose of enhancement of payment terms of work of the workers occupied with servicing of local government bodies of the cities of republican value according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers occupied with servicing of state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 433 the following change:
- to state paragraph two of item 4 in the following edition:
"Local government bodies of the cities of republican value establish to official pay rates of the workers occupied with servicing of local government bodies of the cities of republican value, the allowance from the local budget, provided by the labor law of the Kyrgyz Republic, at the rate to 200 percent to official pay rates, award following the results of activities in half-year and year (within year funds in the amount of two-month salary fund are allocated for awarding), and also the payments approved by decisions of the city kenesh.".
2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within means of local budgets of the cities of republican value.
3. To local government bodies of the cities of republican value (under approval) to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
