1. In Item 8 § 8 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, 88, the Art. 3199) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 30, 2025 No. 927, paragraph two to replace No. with paragraphs of the following content:
"Realization of powers of the Prime Minister or minister of coordination of activities of such central executive bodies can be performed in the way:
execution of decisions acts of the Cabinet of Ministers, legal decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders of the Prime Minister or minister of the questions determined by Items 5, 7-10, 13-15 parts two of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies";
provision of mandatory orders on the questions which are within the competence of the relevant central executive bodies (except the cases determined by the law);
