About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of supply of gas for ensuring household needs of the citizens approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 2008 No. 549 "About procedure for supply of gas for ensuring household needs of citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 30, Art. 3635; 2013, No. 21, Art. 2648; 2017, No. 38, Art. 5628; 2020, No. 13, Art. 1919; 2023, No. 23, Art. 4170):

a) add Item 3 with paragraphs of the following content:

"applicant" - physical person or legal entity which intends to sign the agreement according to these rules;

"personal account of the applicant (subscriber)" - the separate Section of the official site of the gas supplying organization on the Internet for ensuring information exchange of the gas supplying organization with applicants, subscribers on the Internet or the website of other organization on the Internet attracted by the gas supplying organization to ensuring the specified information exchange.";

b) in Item 7:

in paragraph one of the word "the interested physical person or legal entity (further-the applicant)" to replace with the word "applicant";
