About additional measures for anti-corruption

For the purpose of enhancement of activities in the field of anti-corruption I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed list of data on securities which holders of the register of owners of securities and depositaries shall provide on requests of authorized officers when implementing checks for the purpose of anti-corruption.

2. Make to acts of the President of the Russian Federation changes according to the list according to appendix.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.

The list of data on securities which holders of the register of owners of securities and depositaries shall provide on requests of authorized officers when implementing checks for the purpose of anti-corruption

1. Full name of the issuer of securities or person obliged on securities (it is specified concerning each type (name), category (type) of securities, each registration number of rules of trust management of mutual investment fund (concerning investment shares of mutual investment fund) or each registration number of rules of trust management of mortgage covering (concerning hypothecation certificates of participation).

2. Type (name) and category (type) of securities.

3. Registration number of release (additional release) of issued securities and individual code of additional release of issued securities.

4. Registration number of rules of trust management of mutual investment fund (it is specified concerning investment shares of mutual investment fund).

5. Registration number of rules of trust management of mortgage covering (it is specified concerning hypothecation certificates of participation).

6. The number of securities (in case of availability of issued securities to which release registration number is assigned and issued securities to which additional release individual registration number is assigned it is specified concerning each release (additional release) separately).

7. Instruction on encumbrance of securities and the quantity of the encumbered securities.

8. Content and conditions of encumbrance of securities.

9. The data allowing to identify person for benefit of whom encumbrance, and other information according to Item 2 of article 51.6 of the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market" is established.

10. The information about person who performs the rights on securities in cases, stipulated in Item the 8th article 51.6 of the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market".

11. Instruction on restriction of the order with securities and the number of securities concerning which such restriction is set.

12. The description of restriction of the order with securities (seizure of securities, blocking of securities, prohibition on carrying out transactions with securities, restriction of the rights of the buyer on the repurchase agreement).

16. Identification signs of the foreign financial instruments qualified as securities with indication of the international code (number) of identification of securities (ISIN) or other identification number assigned for them.

Data on shares and other securities in the amount provided by single form of provision of data on availability of accounts and other information necessary for submission by citizens of data on the income, expenses, of property and obligations of property nature approved by the Central bank of the Russian Federation according to article 7.1 of the Federal Law of July 10, 2002 No. 86-FZ "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)".
