1. Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 93/5 "About approval of the Procedure of control of compliance with law about state registration of regulatory legal acts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 at No. 67/20380, to exclude.
With respect thereto to consider Items 3-8 Items 2-7 respectively.
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure of the control of compliance with law about state registration of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 93/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 at No. 67/20380 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 22, 2022 No. 3078/5) which are applied.
