About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Protection and Use of Immovable Historical and Cultural Monuments and the Historical Circle"

Article 1. No. ZR-261 "About protection and use of immovable historical and cultural monuments and the historical circle" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 9 of the Law of November 11, 1998 with the Items "zh4", "zh5", "zh6" and "ka1" of the following content:
"4) approves form of the architectural detailed design on strengthening, repair, restoration, reorganization and transfer of the immovable historical and cultural monuments of the antique, antique and medieval periods which are considered as state-owned property of the Republic of Armenia and not subject to alienation and also the immovable historical and cultural monuments belonging to the Armenian Apostolic Sacred Church (First-throned Sacred Echmiadzin) on the property right and transferred with the right of free use;
5) approves form of the construction license for strengthening, repair, restoration, reorganization and transfer of immovable historical and cultural monuments of the antique, antique and medieval periods which are considered as state-owned property of the Republic of Armenia and are not subject to alienation, and also the immovable historical and cultural monuments belonging to the Armenian Apostolic Sacred Church (First-throned Sacred Echmiadzin) on the property right and transferred with the right of free use;
6) approves form of the act of completion and operation of construction of immovable historical and cultural monuments of the antique, antique and medieval periods which are considered as state-owned property of the Republic of Armenia and are not subject to alienation, and also the immovable historical and cultural monuments belonging to the Armenian Apostolic Sacred Church (First-throned Sacred Echmiadzin) on the property right and transferred with the right of free use;";
