About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2016 No. 677 and of October 21, 2016 No. 849

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the list of the state of the property which is subject to check on quality and safety, No. 677 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2016 withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income:
state Item 19 in the following edition:
"19. The tobacco products including intended for consumption by heating.";
add the list with Items 19-1 and 19-2 of the following content:
"19-1. Not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products.
19-2. Liquids for electronic systems of smoking.";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2016 No. 849 "About some questions of confirmation of conformity in National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus":
add Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:
"remaining balance of not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products of oral method of consumption, the nicotinocontaining liquids for electronic systems of smoking, electronic systems of smoking with the liquids for them which are structurally part of such systems imported till April 1, 2022 – since November 1, 2025;
remaining balance of not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products, liquids for the electronic systems of smoking imported till November 1, 2025, except for products specified in paragraph nine of this Item – since January 1, 2026";
the eleventh Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
