About some questions of confirmation of conformity in National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2016 "About measures for obligatory confirmation of conformity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 278
1. Approve the list of objects of obligatory confirmation of conformity of National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus (further – the list) it (is applied).
2. Determine that obligatory confirmation of conformity becomes effective in the relation:
products specified in subitems 3.1-3. 5, 3.8, 3.10 (except for products "microwave ovens") Item 3 of the list, – since July 1, 2018;
products specified in subitem 3.7 of Item 3 and item 4 of the list – since September 1, 2017;
products specified in subitem 3.9 of Item 3 of the list, products "microwave ovens" specified in subitem 3.10 of Item 3 of the list – since January 1, 2019;
products specified in Items 5 and 9 of the list – since February 1, 2017;
products specified in Items 6 and 7 of the list – since April 1, 2022;
the professional competence of personnel specified in Item 13 of the list – since January 1, 2018;
the services specified in Item 12 of the list – since September 22, 2022;
remaining balance of not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products of oral method of consumption, the nicotinocontaining liquids for electronic systems of smoking, electronic systems of smoking with the liquids for them which are structurally part of such systems imported till April 1, 2022 – since November 1, 2025;
remaining balance of not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products, liquids for the electronic systems of smoking imported till November 1, 2025, except for products specified in paragraph nine of this Item – since January 1, 2026.
