In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 1998 No. 830 "About appointment of the operating organization (operator) of nuclear installations" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 17, 2001 No. 1532 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 47, the Art. 2088) and of September 27, 2022 No. 1061 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 80, of the Art. 4830), words "the state company "The national atomic power generation company "Energoatom" shall be replaced with words "joint-stock company" the national atomic power generation company "Energoatom".
