I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 11, 2019 No. 500 "About approval of Rules of representation of special economic and industrial zones of the reporting by managing company" (further - Governed) (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19021) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to the subitem 11) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About special economic and industrial zones" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:";

in Rules of representation by managing company of the special economic and industrial zones of the reporting approved by the specified order:

be reworded as follows appendix according to appendix, to this order.

2. To provide to development department of industrial infrastructure and intra country value of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
