I ORDER:
In the order of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 10, 2023 No. 19 "About approval of provisions of republican public institution "Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan", republican public institution "Committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and its territorial authorities" to make the following addition:
in appendix 1, approved by the specified order:
add Item 15 with subitem 3-1) of the following content:
"3-1) forming and ensuring realization of the state task on safety of navigation on inland waterways".
2. To provide to committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction of the electronic copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
