1. "20. The industrial grant is provided to applicants, the corresponding following criteria:
1) the being Kazakhstan producers;
2) the being subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship;
3) at least 3 (three) years performing activities before date of application in national institute;
4) exclusively oriented to production, included in the list of priority goods approved according to the subitem 28) of article 9 of the Law;
5) not belonging to the subjects of industrial and innovative activities specified in item 4 of these rules;
6) lack of affiliation with the owner of the equipment or person performing concession of the rights on the equipment with the applicant;
7) engineering personnel availability with necessary skill level;
