About approval of the List of the foreign exchanges for placement and security circulation and global depository receipts to which tax benefits extend

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for release and security circulation and global depository receipts, and also the effective mechanism of attraction of investment means, in connection with provision of the tax benefits on security gains having the listing at the foreign exchanges which is increasing availability of financial instruments to the population and in addition creating alternative source of the income according to Articles 191, of 213, 249 Tax codes of the Kyrgyz Republic articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the List of the foreign exchanges for placement and security circulation and global depository receipts to which tax benefits according to appendix extend.

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
