According to article 251 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and Article 345 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List and amount of the goods and materials imported directly for business entities in the field of poultry farming, fish breeding and production of the combined forages for bird and animals, depending on their own needs, taking into account production volume of the goods in 2025 exempted from the tax discharge on value added and from payment of customs duties according to appendices 1-111.

2. Exemption of the value added tax concerning goods and materials, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, imported till June 1, 2025 to apply in full, and to the goods imported after June 1, 2025 in the amount of 75 percent of tax rate on value added.

3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs clearance and control of target use of imported goods and materials.

4. Enact this resolution after official publication.
