About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with the address of explosive materials of industrial function, No. 1435 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2020 "About licensing of the activities connected with the address of explosive materials of industrial function" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, Art. 6032; 2022, No. 6, Art. 875):

a) the paragraph one of Item 2 to add with the words "and its territorial authorities";

b) to recognize subitems "b" and "v" of Item 15 invalid;

c) state Item 31 in the following edition:

"31. Planned control (supervising) actions, and also obligatory preventive visits concerning objects of licensed control depending on their reference to categories of risk are conducted with the following frequency:

a) concerning the objects of licensed control referred to category of high risk - one exit check or one inspection visit in 2 years or one obligatory preventive visit a year;
