About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 13, 2023 No. 10

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 13, 2023 No. 10 "Questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 3, Art. 553; No. 42, Art. 7475), following changes:
a) add Item 23 with the subitem 15 of the following content:
"To organize 15) in the medical and sanatorium organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, medical support and sanatorium treatment of federal government civil servants and employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the subordinated organizations, and also members of their families according to the procedure approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.";
b) the subitem 11 of Item 27 after words "the subordinated organizations," to add with words "members of their families, and also".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
