About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2024 No. 551
Based on Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2024 "About the order the released material resources" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 145
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2024 No. 551 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2024 No. 145" the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for the organization and holding auctions for realization of the released material resources of Armed Forces, other troops, military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"the cost determined taking into account the sales demand - the cost determined by the republican unitary enterprise "Institute of the Real Estate and Assessment" (further - the seller) in the procedure established by it in coordination with the State committee on property with use of data on results of realization of the similar released property, and also information from open sources.";
to state part one of Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Starting price of realization of the released property at auction is established by the seller on:
the cost determined taking into account the sales demand - if this cost is equal or exceeds residual cost *;
residual cost - if the cost determined taking into account the sales demand below residual cost or at the seller is absent possibility of determination of the specified cost in view of lack at it of data on results of realization of the similar released property, and also information from open sources;
the market value (in case of its determination) reduced by 5 percent.
