In pursuance of Item 18 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2024 "About the order the released material resources" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 145

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for the organization and holding auctions for realization of the released material resources of Armed Forces, other troops, military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for realization of the released material resources of Armed Forces, other troops, military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus without holding auctions (are applied);

The regulations on order of interaction of the state bodies having military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus, with the republican unitary enterprise "Institute of the Real Estate and Assessment" during preparation for realization and in case of realization of the released material resources (are applied);

The regulations on procedure of payments of residual cost of the released material resources of Armed Forces, other troops, military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

2. Determine that realization of the released material resources, the decision on which realization is made till July 13, 2024, is performed according to this resolution from stage at which it was on the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude Item of 21 appendices to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006;

3.2. Item 1 of the Rules of sales of goods when implementing remote trade approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2009 No. 31, to add with part of the following content:

"Action of these rules does not extend to remote trade in the released material resources of Armed Forces, other troops, military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus.".

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

5. To the state bodies having military forming and paramilitary organizations of the Republic of Belarus to bring the legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

6. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
