According to the subitem 4) article 9 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed List of separate categories of the physical persons having the right to social support.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2018 No. 42 "About approval of the List of category of persons having the right to social support according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16458);

2) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 27, 2022 No. 76 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2018 No. 42 "About approval of the List of categories of the physical persons having the right to social support according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 30334).

3. To provide to development department of the social sphere, law enforcement and special bodies in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.

8) person having the disease entering the list of the diseases constituting danger to people around, No. KR DSM-162/2020 approved by the order of the acting minister of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2020 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 21537);

9) person having the disease entering the list of diseases, for which the fixed term of temporary disability more than two months approved by the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2015 No. 1033 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12733);
