in the Rules of accounting, storage, assessment and further use of the property turned (arrived) in property state on the separate bases, approved by the specified resolution:
the second Item 10 to state part in the following edition:
"The heading of inventory counting slip contains the information about the one to whom the property, and also date of cession of property is transferred. In case of realization of property in inventory counting slip terms of calculations with the budget or Special state fund, number and date of the payment document(s) are specified.";

"20. The property in the form of money is enlisted in budget receipt or Special state fund. The foreign currency is enlisted in budget receipt or Special state fund for the official currency exchange rate determined on the date of transaction making through branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Acceptance, storage, realization of the inconvertible foreign currency turned into property of the state on the separate bases, and also transfer of the money received from their realization in the budget or Special state fund are performed according to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2021 No. 63 "About approval of Rules of implementation in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of transactions with the foreign currency turned into property of the state on the separate bases".
