I. Subject of the agreement

II. Interaction of the Parties

2.1. The operator assumes the following obligations:

2.1.2. Provide according to requirements, statutory rules, reflection in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification (further - the MT system), the data received from the Participant.

2.1.3. Refuse to the Participant issue of codes of marking or cancel the marking codes issued to the Participant not transformed by the Participant to means of identification in the cases established in the Section VI of Rules.

2.2. The participant assumes the following obligations:

2.3. The participant has the right:

2.3.1. Send to the Operator of the request of the Participant during the term of the agreement.

2.4. Each of the Parties independently and at own expense ensures safety of the hardware and software systems and information systems involved in case of information and technological interaction within the Agreement and independently bears the risks connected with illegal access for the third parties to such hardware and software systems and information systems.

2.5. The place of agreement performance is Moscow.

III. Payment procedure and settlement

3.1. Provision to the Participant of the codes of marking necessary for forming of means of identification, is performed by the Operator on paid basis from the corresponding dates established by the Resolution from which drawing funds of identification for consumer packaging, and (or) group packaging, and (or) the label, and (or) sticker, and submission of data in the MT system becomes obligatory (further - day of introduction of provision of codes of marking on paid basis).
