1. Approve the enclosed Instructions for use by water supply systems and water disposals of settlements.

2. Recognize invalid the following orders:

1) the Order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2015 No. 163 "About approval of Instructions for use water supply systems and water disposals of settlements" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10658);

2) the Order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 5, 2023 No. 325 "About modification of the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2015 No. 163 "About approval of Instructions for use water supply systems and water disposals of settlements" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32460).

3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
