Name of the service provider

Committee of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee), territorial authorities of justice, the State corporation.

Methods of provision of the state service

1. State registration for small business entities - the State corporation, the web portal of "the electronic government", and also other objects of informatization;

2. Registration of commercial legal entities - the State corporation, the web portal of "the electronic government", and also other objects of informatization;

3. Registration of non-commercial legal entities (political parties, religious associations, their branches and representations) - the State corporation, the web portal of "the electronic government", and also other objects of informatization;

Term of rendering the state service

1. State registration for small business entities - on the portal state registration of the legal entities relating to subjects of private entrepreneurship, except for joint-stock companies, their branches (representations) appears within 1 working day from the moment of filing of application.

2. Registration of commercial legal entities - state registration of commercial legal entities, accounting registration of their branches (representations) with participation of the foreign persons who do not have identification numbers according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About national registers of identification numbers" (further – the Law about Natsreestrakh), are made no later than one working day following behind day of filing of application.

3. State registration of the legal entities who are not belonging to subjects of private entrepreneurship, and also the joint-stock companies performing activities based on the charter which is not standard, except for political parties, accounting registration of their branches (representations), and also branches (representations) of foreign non-profit organizations shall be made no later than 5 working days of the necessary documents following behind day of filing of application with appendix.

4. State registration of political parties and accounting registration of their branches (representations) shall be made no later than one month from the date of filing of application with appendix of necessary documents.

5. State registration of public and religious associations with the republican and regional statuses, including accounting registration of branches and representations of foreign and international non-commercial non-governmental associations, are made no later than 5 working days of the necessary documents following behind day of filing of application with appendix, in the location of the service provider, no later than 10 working days out of the location of the service provider of the necessary documents following behind day of filing of application with appendix.

6. State registration of commercial legal entities, accounting registration of their branches (representations) with participation of the foreign persons who do not have identification numbers according to the Law about Natsreestrakh are made no later than one working day following behind day of filing of application.
