About modification of Item 32 of Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Item 32 of the Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 16, 2020 No. 1479 "About approval of Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, Art. 6056; 2022, No. 44, of the Art. 7567) to add with paragraphs of the following content:
"Electroinstallations of buildings of hostels, hostels, general education organizations, educational organizations with availability of nursing home, the preschool educational organizations, specialized retirement homes and disabled people (not room), sleeping cases of the organizations of rest of children and their improvements, the medical organizations intended for implementation of medical activities are equipped with devices of protection against arc breakdown which are supported in good repair. The equipment of such buildings put into operation till March 1, 2024 is performed by the specified devices of protection in case of their reconstruction or capital repairs.
Installation of devices of protection against arc breakdown in distribution and group electric utility power grids of the fire protection systems and systems of medical appointment supporting life activity of patients is not allowed.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2024.
