About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on traffic safety
For the purpose of increase in level of traffic safety and enhancement of measures for its providing, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2017 No. 68 the following changes:
in Regulations on Department of road economy under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the fifth Item 14 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-purchase of goods, works and services for designing, constructions, reconstruction, carrying out security audit of traffic, repair and content of highways public and ensuring needs of road economy;";

Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for use of highways and road constructions and their protection in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for classification and numbering of highways public in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 18, 2017 No. 512 the following change:
according to the procedure of use of highways and road constructions and their protection in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:
