About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of state bodies of the executive authority, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on the Agency of road, water transport and weight and dimensional control under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- Regulations on Department of road economy under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic 33 established posts with the corresponding budget financing, at the expense of the reduced established posts.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following changes:

Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for the omission of vehicles on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic and collection of charges for weighing and measurement of lump, axial loadings, the sizes and other linear parameters of vehicles and the Procedure for the omission and collection of charges for journey of vehicles with particular and non divisible load on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 8, 2011 No. 454 the following changes:

- in paragraphs six and the seventh Item 1 "weight and dimensional" and abbreviation of PVK to replace the word with the word "transport" and abbreviation of PTK respectively;

in all text of the word "Item of weight and dimensional control" in various case and numerical forms shall be replaced with words "Item of transport control" in the corresponding cases and numbers;

- according to the procedure of establishment and compensation of the extent of the harm and damage caused to highways by the vehicles transporting heavy and bulky cargoes, approved by the above-stated resolution:

in item 4 of the word of "Items of weight and dimensional control" shall be replaced with words "Items of transport control";

- in the List of the Items of weight and dimensional control (IWDC) on highways public on perimeter of frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

in the name "weight and dimensional" and abbreviation of PVK to replace the word with the word "transport" and abbreviation of PTK respectively;
