About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Recognize to invalid:
paragraphs the fourth and fifth the subitem "an" of Item of 5 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning management of apartment houses, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2018 No. 1090 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning management of apartment houses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 39, the Art. 5965);
the paragraph of the hundred forty sixth of changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2014 No. 1110, No. 1110 and recognition approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2022 No. 117 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2014 voided separate provision of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 7, the Art. 975).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.
