I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2018 No. 317 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing on compensation of part of the expenses suffered by the subject of agro-industrial complex in case of investment investments" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 17320) the following change:
in Rules of subsidizing on compensation of part of the expenses incurred by the subject of agro-industrial complex in case of the investment investments approved by the specified order:
be reworded as follows appendix 3 according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of financial instruments and microcredit of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
