1. Impose import ban from the third countries on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan all modes of transport for a period of three months of separate types of stone products (code of the commodity nomenclature of Foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 6801000000 - stone blocks, bordyurny - stones and plates for paving from natural stone, 6802931000 - the granite polished decorated or which underwent other processing except carved, net - weighing 10 kg or more, 6802939000 - granite for monuments or construction).

2. To committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order;

2) Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this order of prohibition specified in Item 1.

3. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry of construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
