About approval of Rules of activities of the housing commissions in system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

4. Rules of activities of the housing commissions in system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provision

1. These rules of activities of the housing commissions in system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) determine procedure for activities of the housing commissions in system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Housing commission).

2. The housing commissions are the collegiate organs created under public institutions of system of bodies of prosecutor's office, authorized on pronouncement of decisions on housing questions, acting on the permanent basis.

3. The structure of the Housing commission affirms the order of the first head of public institution.

4. The housing commission is created of odd quantity at least five people.

5. The chairman of the Housing commission is the first head of public institution, in the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the chief of staff of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. The secretary of the Housing commission is not member of the Housing commission and has no right to vote.

7. Are part of the Housing commission:

11. Functions of the Housing commission are:

1) consideration of official reports (statements) of employees, military personnel, other workers of system of bodies of prosecutor's office or the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan dismissed from system of bodies of prosecutor's office and members of their families in the cases provided by the Law "About the Housing Relations" (further - applicants), which addressed for recognition by their persons in need in the dwelling, provision of the dwelling from housing stock of public institution and also privatization or exchange of the office dwelling consisting on balance of public institution;

2) consideration of official reports (statements) of employees and military personnel on calculation of the size, appointment, recalculation, implementation, the termination, suspension and renewal of housing payments;

3) consideration of the applications of members of families of the died (dead) in case of service in system of bodies of prosecutor's office of receivers of housing payments to destination and to implementation of lump housing sum payments;

4) verification of the documents submitted by the applicant;

5) decision making about satisfaction of official reports (statements) of applicants or removal of motivated refusal according to the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the housing relations".

6) consideration of question of the conclusion and treaty extension of hiring (subhiring) of the dwelling;

7) accounting of the applicants needing the dwelling with creation of the list of their priority;

8) decision making about removal from applicant tracking, needing the dwelling, the cases determined by article 73 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the housing relations";

9) implementation of the translation of the dwelling, privatizeable, in municipal housing stock;

10) storage and business management (materials) of applicants;

11) receipt of explanation from applicants;
