Rules of transfer by the telecom operator from which communication network the telephone call is initiated, on the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) of information on the subscriber - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur initiating telephone call

1. These rules establish transmission order the telecom operator from which communication network the telephone call is initiated (further - the operator initiator), on the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) of the subscriber of network of mobile radio telephone communication of information on the subscriber - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur initiating telephone call (further - the initiator of telephone call), and also structure of information on the initiator of telephone call, its format and terms of transfer.

2. Information on the initiator of telephone call is transferred to the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) based on the agreement on information display on the initiator of telephone call on the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) (further - the agreement on information display) and contains:

a) the full or abbreviated name of the subscriber - the legal entity, or specifying on the status of the individual entrepreneur, surname and the subscriber's initials - the individual entrepreneur, or commercial designation of the subscriber - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur, specified in the agreement on information display;

b) the category of telephone calls specified in the agreement on information display.

3. Information on the initiator of telephone call is transferred to the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) in text format and does not exceed 32 characters, including digits, lowercase and uppercase letters of the Cyrillic or Latin alphabet.

4. Information on the initiator of telephone call is transferred to the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) at the time of finishing challenge on the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment).

5. For the purpose of information transfer about the initiator of telephone call on the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) the operator initiator provides to the telecom operator rendering services of mobile radio telephone communication based on the agreement on information display signed between the initiator of telephone call and the operator initiator, data, stipulated in Item 6 these rules if the initiator of telephone call independently or at the request of the operator initiator notified the operator initiator on lack of the agreement on information display signed earlier between the initiator of telephone call and the telecom operator rendering services of mobile radio telephone communication.

The agreement on information display shall contain the consent of the initiator of telephone call to transfer of data, stipulated in Item 6 these rules, to the telecom operators rendering services of mobile radio telephone communication.

6. The agreement on information display shall contain the following data:

a) individual taxpayer number of the initiator of telephone call;

b) the full and abbreviated name of the subscriber - the legal entity or surname, name, middle name (in the presence) the subscriber - the individual entrepreneur;

c) commercial designation of the subscriber - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur (in the presence);

d) code and the name of core activity of the subscriber - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur according to the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities;

e) the category of telephone calls determined proceeding from core activity of the initiator of telephone call;

e) the text which is subject to display on the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment), conforming to the requirements to information on the initiator of telephone call provided by Items 2 and 3 of these rules;

g) the list of directory numbers from which the telephone calls addressed to subscribers of network of mobile radio telephone communication will be performed.

7. For the purpose of information transfer about the initiator of telephone call on the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) automatic interaction of information system of the operator initiator and information system of the telecom operator rendering services of mobile radio telephone communication can be performed.

8. Transfer on the customer premise equipment (the terminal equipment) of information on the initiator of telephone call is provided taking into account technical capability of communication network.

9. The interaction between the initiator of telephone call, the operator initiator and the telecom operator rendering services of mobile radio telephone communication, provided by these rules is performed by the method allowing to confirm the fact of the specified interaction.
