About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 26, 2021 No. 270

1. Add the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 26, 2021 with No. 270 "About some questions of control of turnover of precious metals, gemstones and products from them at all stages of this turnover and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 10, the Art. 1608) Item 13 (1) the following content:
"13(1). Determine what since September 5, 2025 in GIIS DMDK is provided:
forming of offers on purchase in priority procedure for the affined precious metals in standard type extracted from subsoil of gemstones in the sorted type before receipt in the address, and also forming of notifications on intention of their purchase for replenishment of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Russian Federation or notifications on refusal of the privilege of purchase stipulated in Item the 5th article 2 of the Federal law "About Precious Metals and Gemstones";
forming of offers on acquisition in priority procedure for nuggets of precious metals and gemstones which based on criteria and according to the procedure which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation can be referred to category unique, before receipt them in the address, and also forming of notifications on intention of purchase of nuggets of precious metals and gemstones for replenishment of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Russian Federation or about refusal of their acquisition, stipulated in Item 4 articles 20 of the Federal law "About Precious Metals and Gemstones".".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
