According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the specified Agreement) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:
1. The paragraph third Item 5 of the Regulations on notification on characteristics of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools and goods, them containing (appendix No. 2 to appendix No. 9 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission from April 21, 2015 No. 30), to exclude.
2. Determine that notifications about characteristics of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools and goods containing them which Item 1 contains the data on spare parts to the specified goods included in the unified register of notifications about characteristics of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools and goods containing them before date of the introduction of this Decision in force are effective before expiry date of such notifications.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
