I ORDER:
1. In the order of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 10, 2023 No. 19 "About approval of provisions of republican public institution "Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan", republican public institution "Committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and its territorial authorities" to make the following changes and addition:
in appendix 2, approved by the specified order:
add Item 14 with subitem 9-1) of the following content:
"9-1) creation of protocols, hearing of cases about administrative offenses and imposing of administrative punishments according to the procedure, established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses, except for the administrative offenses fixed by the automated stations of measurement established on sections of highways of republican value;";
in appendices 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, approved by the specified order:
