According to the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information", to Item 1 of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 05, 2011 to No. 547 "Question of ensuring with executive bodies of access to public information", item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 583 "Question of accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "On access to public information" in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, central and local executive bodies", subitem 6.3.3 of Item 6.3 of Section 6 of the Actions plan, law enforcement bodies directed to accomplishment of the Comprehensive strategic plan of reforming as parts of the sector of safety and defense of Ukraine for 2023-2027 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 23, 2024 No. 792-r for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for information which manager is the State Border Service of Ukraine;

2) the Form for giving of requests for information which manager is the State Border Service of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of April 03, 2012 No. 222 "About ensuring access to public information in the State Border Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 25, 2012 at No. 627/20940.

3. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Lukashuk M.) to provide to management of interaction with the State Border Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
