1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization of activities of the center of data exchange for payment transactions with fraud signs (the antifrod-center of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2024 No. 43 "About approval of Requirements to procedure of activities of the center of data exchange for payment transactions with signs of fraud and its interaction with persons participating in its activities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 34772).

3. To provide to department of payment systems and digital financial technologies of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication, but not earlier than August 31, 2025, except for Items 15 and 16 of the enclosed Rules which become effective since January 3, 2026.
