1. Approve the Procedure for provision of financial support during professional training, retrainings or advanced trainings of the unemployed it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of September 28, 1998 of N161 "About approval of the Instruction about payment procedure to citizens of financial support during professional training, retraining and advanced training in the direction of public service of employment, N645/3085 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 12, 1998.
3. The order becomes effective since January 1, 2001.
