About determination of the questions which are within the competence of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine

According to articles 42 and 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine the questions which are within the competence of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and Vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine according to appendix 1.

2. Determine that in case of absence:

The Prime Minister of Ukraine its powers is performed by the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine;

The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine or one of vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine their powers is performed by officials according to appendix 2.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

The questions carried to competence of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine

1. The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine according to article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine":

provide accomplishment of the Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other tasks and powers assigned to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the corresponding activities;

provide preparation of questions for consideration at cabinet meetings of Ukraine, previously consider and approve drafts of the laws, acts of the President of Ukraine which prepare the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and drafts of the relevant acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, promote coordination of line items between cabinet ministers of Ukraine, make offers on the agenda of cabinet meetings of Ukraine;

provide interaction of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with the President of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other executive bodies;

participate in consideration of questions at cabinet meetings of Ukraine, have the right to be present at meetings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and its bodies, to participate in work of boards of the ministries and other central executive bodies, in meetings of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea;

according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine perform management of the consultative, advisory and other facilitative branches which are formed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

represent in accordance with the established procedure the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the relations with other bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations in Ukraine and beyond its limits;

conduct negotiations and sign the international agreements of Ukraine according to the powers conferred to them;

perform other powers provided by the law.

2. To competence of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine – the Minister of digital transformation Fedorov M. A. questions belong:

state policy in the sphere of statistics;

reforming of the state statistical activities;

upgrades of information system of bodies of the state statistics;

counteractions to HIV infection/AIDS and other socially dangerous diseases;
