1. Establish the total amount of investments for the asset account of endaument-fund (the target capital) into the financial instruments (except for money) issued (provided) by one person and affiliates of fund of the target capital in the amount of no more than 30 (thirty) percent from net assets value of endaument-fund (the target capital).
2. Approve:
1) the List of financial instruments which can be part of assets of endaument-fund (the target capital), according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) Rules of management of managing companies (fiduciaries) of financial instruments which can be part of assets of endaument-fund (the target capital), according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
3) Rules of calculation of net assets value and assets of endaument-fund (the target capital) according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
3. To provide to department of the security market in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.
5. This resolution becomes effective since August 31, 2025 and is subject to obligatory publication.
