About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2018 No. 693 "About creation of the special economic zone "TURAN"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2018 No. 693 "About creation of the special economic zone "TURAN" the following changes:

in the Regulations on the special economic zone "TURAN" approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The special economic zone "TURAN" (further – SEZ) is located within territorial border of the Turkestan region in borders according to the enclosed plan.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 4414,39 of hectare and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 9 subzones are part of the territory of SEZ: historic center Ploshchad 494,75 of hectare, administrative business center Ploshchad 1578,64 of hectare, industrial zones of 365 hectares, 35 hectares, 290 hectares, 50 hectares and 584 hectares, airport of 967 hectares and International center of industrial cooperation Central Asia of 50 hectares.";

to be reworded as follows appendix to the Regulations on the special economic zone "TURAN" according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

to be reworded as follows the target indicators of functioning of the special economic zone "TURAN" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
