About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 5 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the Code):
1) to exclude the offer from part 4: "One copy of the individual legal act about acceptance for work, and also about termination of the employment contract is transferred to the worker within three days after its acceptance.";
To add 2) with part 4.1 following of content:
"4.1. Within three days after adoption of the individual legal act about termination of the employment contract by means of digital system of the conclusion of employment contracts the copy of the act goes to the worker according to the procedure of the notification, established by the employment contract.";
To add 3) with part 4.2 following of content:
"4.2. If the individual legal act about termination of the employment contract is not adopted by means of digital system of the conclusion of employment contracts, then one copy of the act is transferred to the worker within three days after its acceptance.";
To add 4) with part 4.3 following of content:
"4.3. In the cases provided by part 4 Articles 13, and also part 2 of article 14 of this Code, one copy of the individual legal act about acceptance for work and also about termination of the employment contract it is transferred to the worker within three days after its acceptance.".
Article 2. In article 13 of the Code:
Paragraph one before the word "Labour" to add 1) with figure "1".;
To add 2) with part 2 following of content:
"2. Origin, change and the termination of employment relationships can be also performed by means of digital system.";
To add 3) with part 3 following of content:
