About entering of amendments into the Law "About Management of the Apartment Building"

Article 1. No. ZR-334 "About management of the apartment building" (further - the Law) to add article 2 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"the single electronic platform - electronic platform, the stipulated in Article 24.1 presents of the Law using which the governing body of the apartment building can perform (to represent) the notifications provided by this Law, notices and reports by electronic method.".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 24.1 of the following content:
Article 24.1. Implementation (representation) by governing body of the apartment building of notifications, notices, reports of electronic method
1. Notifications, the notices and reports provided by this Law can be also performed (to be represented) by governing body of the apartment building by means of the single electronic platform provided by this Article.
2. Creates single electronic platform and conducts state body in the field of town planning.
3. If the governing body of the apartment building is connected to single electronic platform, official publication by governing body of the apartment building of notifications, notices and reports is performed exclusive on single electronic platform.
4. The technical description, procedure for maintaining single electronic platform, procedure, terms of connection of governing body of the apartment building to single electronic platform, procedure for placement of notifications, notices and reports on single electronic platform establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
5. Notifications, the notices and reports provided by part of 1 this Article are considered published on single electronic platform from the moment of their placement. Adequate notices are considered handed (received), and notices - properly performed for the fifth day after placement.".
