About the mechanism of legal proceedings on cases on corruption and the cases connected with corruption

For the purpose of strengthening of efforts on fight against corruption and quality assurance and efficiency of legal proceedings on criminal cases about corruption acts and to the cases connected with corruption acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
(1) This law regulates role, creation, procedure for the organization and functioning of specialized anti-corruption base at the level of degrees of jurisdiction as the mechanism of acceleration of administration of law.
(2) the Organization and functioning of specialized anti-corruption base at the level of degrees of jurisdiction are regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Law on judicial system No. 514/1995, the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995, the Law on disciplinary responsibility of judges No. 178/2014, the Law on selection of judges and assessment of their activities No. 147/2023, by the Code of penal procedure, the Code of civil procedure, the Administrative code and other regulations.
