For the purpose of simplification of requirements in the field of public health care, elimination of excessive administrative barriers for the subjects of entrepreneurship who are engaged in realization of food products according to articles 10, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of public health care" of April 11, 2016 No. 201 the following changes:
in Sanitary and epidemiologic rules and standard rates "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to objects of wholesale and retail trade by food products", approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 5:
state subitem 17 in the following edition:
"17) object of retail trade by food products (object of trade) - the property complex used by subjects for implementation of retail trading activity (trading house, shopping center, shop, trade and market complex, mobile shop);";
add with subitem 17-1 of the following content:
"17-1) object of wholesale trade by food products - the property complex used by subjects on this object are not made for implementation of wholesale trading activity (wholesale provision warehouse) on which the food products are in packed form packing, repacking of food products in case of which finding of food products unpacked is supposed (in open form), and leave of food products from this object is also made in packed form;";
- state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. In case of placement of objects of wholesale trade requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic to sanitary protection zones of industrial and other facilities shall be observed by food products.";
