About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of carrying special and departmental dress code" of December 3, 2015 No. 829 the following change:
in the List of state bodies and organizations, and also executive bodies of local self-government of the Kyrgyz Republic which staff have the right to carrying special and departmental dress code, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add Chapter "Departmental dress code" with the paragraph of the following content:
"Service on fire supervision under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 262 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 2 in state language the word of ORT shall be replaced with words ", ORT";
- in the subitem 2 of Item 11:
the nineteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-carries out fire investigation of the project documentation with issue of the conclusion;";
to state the paragraph of the thirty sixth in the following edition:
