About some questions of the Ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About formation of public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 25, 2024 No. 304, according to Articles 92, 93 Civil codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Reorganize Department of registration of the population under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State company "Infokom" under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession to public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 2, 2025 No. 308 the following change:
to state the scheme of management of the Ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
