1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the choice, installation and operation of devices and systems of accounting of water in water supply systems and water disposals of settlements.
2. Recognize invalid the following orders:
1) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2015 No. 621 "About approval of rules of the choice, installation and operation of metering devices of water in water supply systems and water disposals" (No. 12111) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 25, 2015;
2) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2016 No. 485 "About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14707).
3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
